Real systems for real life.

Your business should fit your life.

You’re good at the work.

The container needs tending.

You care about your clients, your community, your craft, or your mission.

But the follow-up emails are living in three different places. Your intake process technically works, but only because you remember twelve tiny steps. Your website no longer sounds like you. Your CRM is either overgrown, underbuilt, or unused among many open tabs.

You don't need to become a different kind of person to have a business that works.

You need structure that fits the person you already are.

I've spent the last decade building systems for care-centered work that feel natural, collaborative, and sustainable.

That can look like:

✦ Building intake and operations flows that are pleasant for your clients to use, and run themselves smoothly.

✦ Designing websites and branding that sound authentic and speak to the people you want to speak to.

✦ Packaging your expertise without hustle gimmicks.

✦ Thinking through the hard decisions together.

I really found it reassuring to still feel like I was in control of the vision, despite needing a bit of guidance and direction to get where I was trying to go.

A business that can’t hold your life will keep asking for more than you have.

Hi, I'm Dina K. (she/her) 🦋 business consultant

I help small business owners build the kind of structures that make work feel less like a constant emergency.

I’ve spent the last decade building marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, websites, and operations systems for people doing care-centered work. I’m also a neurodivergent mom with chronic pain, and I am not here to sell you a fantasy where you wake up at 5 AM, batch content forever, and become a productivity gremlin with perfect spreadsheets.

I care about systems that work for real bodies, real brains, and real capacity.

When I collaborate with clients, we build businesses with good roots: clear workflows, sturdy backends, authentic marketing, and enough room for your actual life.

WHERE DO WE START?

Every working relationship begins with a Container Audit.

Before we build anything, we need to know what's already there: what's working, what's leaking energy.

What's been holding your business up - and what's holding you back.

The Container Audit is how we figure that out together.

1

Intake You fill out a short form that gets us oriented: the essentials of your business, where your systems sit right now, and an honest read on your capacity.

2

Deep Dive We meet for 90 minutes and go through it all: your client pathway, your systems and tools, your website, your marketing rhythm. We review plans & reality.

3

Action Plan A few days later, you get a written map. Prioritized next steps, in plain language. It's yours either way: take it and run (DIY), or we keep going together.

I am currently offering the container audit at an introductory price of $200.

When the design is right, you spend less energy overriding yourself.

WHERE DO WE GO FROM THERE?

If we keep going, this is what we tend to.

Most clients move from the audit into a working retainer.

The shape depends on what your action plan calls for.

Usually it lives in one or more of these areas:

Systems & Operations

For when the back end is living in your head. CRM setup, intake and onboarding flows, internal documentation, and automations that make daily work less of a memory test.

Course & Offer Development

For when you've got expertise and you're ready to package it. Curriculum design, structure, launch support, and the systems behind a course or productized offering. Built with sustainable rhythms, no hustle gimmicks, and room to breathe.

Website & Branding

Builds and refreshes, copywriting, brand voice, visual identity, and ongoing site care. What's online should match who you actually are, and the people you're actually trying to reach.

Thinking Partner

For when the next move isn't obvious and you need someone to think it through with you. Quarterly planning, business model questions, deciding what to keep and what to retire. The kind of work that happens in conversation, not in a deliverable.

RATHER DO IT YOURSELF?

The Chrysalis Program is the DIY path.

Same work, your hands.

A course and coaching program for ADHD entrepreneurs, neurodivergent business owners, working parents, or any capacity-constrained small business owner who wants to learn how to build (or rebuild) sustainable business systems.

For people who enjoy building things every step of the way, from start to finish, and want their business to be no exception.

From folks I've worked with:

Let's Stay In Touch

I send occasional notes on exploring your capacity, building a business with more clarity, and finding resources that make things easier.

Expect reflections, practical tools, and the occasional “this helped me, maybe it’ll help you too.” Probably once a month, no spam, no pressure.
